“You must follow your passion, and Real Estate always gave me the opportunity to do what I loved.” Anthony Riotto is a husband, father of 3 children, life long successful Real Estate Entrepreneur, a Real Estate Broker, Educator and business man. He has an MBA in Corporate Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University and graduated Cum Laude while receiving a Full Fellowship base on academic excellence. A Bachelors in Accounting and concentration in Computer Information Systems. Elected twice to the Board of Education, S. Hackensack, member of Zoning Board of Adjustment and Elected chairman from 1999 – 2001. His expertise in Business and Individual Tax Accounting give him an extraordinary edge in creating, developing and sustaining businesses.

Anthony Riotto

Anthony has been selected for attaining the most prized and coveted DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor’s) designation for educators in the Real Estate industry who outperform all others. Riotto also is a Community supporter and volunteers for the benefit is a family tradition. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a member of the National Big Brother Sister Organization.  Anthony has volunteered thousands of hours towards helping abused and/or neglected children in the hope of fostering a child’s better future. His children carry on these characteristics. He’s dedicated extraordinary number of hours 20 years ago to the Holley Center, a foster care facility in Hackensack. Recently his 7 year old son was recognized by the newspapers for raising funds and goods for the same Holley Center. In 1993, Mr. Martin L. King Award based on his commitment to the principles Dr. King. Anthony is married, and yes his wife too is Realtor. They have three children and are a ardent supporters of their community. Anthony’s father was a self-employed construction contractor. His father laid down the foundation of his unbreakable work habits, entrepreneur-ism and drove home the ideas of hard work through “Strength and Honor”. The young son made his first real estate investment at the age of 20 and never stopped from there. He proclaims that his love for real estate was embedded in him as early as he can remember. He explains, “I had to paint he garage doors when I was 6 years old, I didn’t do a very good job, but by the time I was 10, I was rocking it.” Anthony is also a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City and has extensive experience in both the New York City and New Jersey restaurant business as an owner, operating and manager in that industry.
